Privacy policy
Information associated with registration and use of AMLTrace.
This policy describes categories of information associated with an AMLTrace account and how they are used. It applies to the website, account area, and the available TRON and USDT TRC-20 address-screening flow.
Account information
Email is used to register and sign in. Clerk handles email verification and account authentication. The account area may show the user's email, name, and account details provided during registration.
Sign-in session
Technical session data is used to maintain sign-in and access to the account area. It relates to user authentication and is not an AML screening result.
Wallet and public address
WalletConnect is provided for deep screening. A cryptocurrency wallet address is a public identifier on the network and is not equivalent to the owner's name or email. Before confirming a connection, the user selects a wallet and address in the wallet interface.
How information is used
- Creating an account, verifying email, and signing in;
- Displaying account information in AMLTrace;
- Providing the screening flow for the address selected by the user.
Third-party services
Clerk is used for authentication and email verification. WalletConnect is provided for connecting a cryptocurrency wallet. Third-party providers' terms and documents also apply when using their services.
